Justin Draa
Attorney
Justin Draa represents clients in a variety of state and federal court civil litigation matters including financial elder abuse, real estate, landlord/tenant, business, and professional liability. He also assists creditors in collecting what’s due, whether through early provisional remedies or post-judgment enforcement, fraudulent conveyance claims, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Edward Colbert

Edward Colbert is a civil litigator who has represented commercial and individual clients in an array of state, federal and appellate court matters. Mr. Colbert’s practice focuses on commercial and business disputes, including real estate, leasing, construction, business ownership disputes, partnership and LLC member disputes, trade secret litigation and collections. Mr. Colbert also has experience in litigating financial elder abuse matters involving national banking institutions. In addition to law and motion and trial practice, Mr. Colbert has extensive experience in all phases of pretrial discovery and investigation, including oral, written and e-discovery. He regularly appears in court, as well as in private mediation and arbitration settings. He is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
